What is the BEE Award?
Just like a DAISY would not be able to grow without the help of the BEE, our nurses could not do what they do for our patients and this community without the outstanding teamwork of other healthcare professionals across the organization.
And just like nurses are recognized with the DAISY award, Palestine Regional Medical Center (PRMC) also proudly spotlights non-nurses through an honor called the BEE Award (Bee-ing Extraordinary Everyday). Anyone at PRMC or any of our clinics who support patient care — such as medical assistants, patient care technicians, transportation aides, observation staff, unit assistants, unit clerks, housekeepers, nursing assistants, and so many others — can be nominated for the BEE Award.
Nominations can be submitted by patients, providers, families, and colleagues on the form below. Recipients will be chosen by a committee at Palestine Regional Medical Center and will be honored with the BEE Award throughout the year.
